【２０１３年５月１４日】 宮床湿原 へ（ May 14, 2013: To Miyatoko Marsh ）
本日は、針生 から 国道２８９号 で 駒止峠 と 駒止トンネル を越えて、宮床湿原 を訪ね、また 針生 に戻ってきました。今回は、アップダウンが多く、獲得標高も１０００ｍを越え、登りの斜度も６．６％でした。
Today, I left Haryu and via Komado Pass and Komado Tunnel visited Miyatoko Marsh and then returned back to Haryu. Elevation gain totaled more than 1000m with average slope of 6.6%. This was a hard ride.

駒止峠 は、写真のように、標高９２３ｍです。針生 からここまで登った直後に、写真の 駒止トンネル が２ｋｍ続きます。
The height of Komado Pass was 923m as shown in the picture above. After climbing up to this pass, Komado tunnel followed as shown in the picture.
途中、道の駅「 きらら２８９ 」で一休み。
I took a rest at "Kirara 289" Road Station shown in the picture above.
その後、宮床地区 からの登りルートで、宮床湿原 へ登る。今回、このルートは、下の写真のようにまだ開通の準備ができておらず、登ったあと出口を見たら、通行止になっていました。
Then I climbed to Miyatoko Marsh by the route from Miyatoko area. Today, the route was not yet prepared enough for opening as shown in the pictures above and there was closed sign at the exit of the route.
それでも、無事到着し、宮床湿原 の入口は、写真のように、標識の左側の山道から入るものであった。熊に注意の標識もあり、持参した熊鈴をつけて歩きました。
Anyway, I arrived at the entrance of Miyatoko Marsh safely. There was a mountain route from left side of the sign as shown in the picture. Since there was danger sign for bears, I hung my ringing bell so that bears did not come close.
上の写真の山道を行くと、道脇に カタクリ が数多く、自生していました。
As I went up the mountain road I found many groups of dogtooth violet at the roadside.
湿原に着くと、写真の木道があり、これを歩いて行って、終点近くの水辺に、水芭蕉 の小群落がありました。
Arriving at Miyatoko Marsh there was a wooden path as shown in the picture. I walked through this path and found small group of skunk Cabbages in a swamp near the terminal.
なお、宮床湿原 の植物の説明が写真のようにありますが、現在の状況は変っている可能性があります。
There was sign board which explained flowers and plants at Miyatoko Marsh. However it may have been changed today.
帰りは、写真のように 南郷スキー場 の中を通るルートで下った。途中の道脇に、写真のもくれん科の タムシバ （田虫葉）の花がたくさん咲いていました。
I took a return route which went through Nango Ski Slope as shown in the picture. I found many Magnolia salicifolia along the return route.
